This paper presents a portable electrical bio-impedance analysis telemedicine system supporting field diagnosis and electronic medical record building. The system is comprised by portable client endpoint, cloud-based database and central server. Digital auto balancing bridge based on least mean square algorithm is implemented in the endpoint to detect the clients?phonological information. Cloud-based database technique guarantees the establishment and maintaining of the personal on-line medical record database. Furthermore, the medical staff can operate field diagnosis for out-of-hospital people by 3G networks. Tests on least mean square algorithm convergence and 3 elements model parameters measurement verify the system performance. With the advantages on portability and flexibility, the system is suitable for telemedicine application.
