We developed a mathematical model of the latent heat calculated by concentrations. Affects of concentrations on freezing process for ice slurry generation are studied. Freezing temperature increases with the decreasing solidification time. Phase appearance time are influenced by the concentration greatly. Conclusions in the paper can be applied to practical ice slurry production.
