Time-reversed electromagnetic wave has the property of spatial super-resolution focusing in far-field circumstances. However, up to now, reported relative bandwidth of this kind of system is only 6 % . After analyzing the results of a simulation prototype with the property of ultra-wideband and super-resolution (UWB-SR), a novel type of microstructured array with a super-resolution of 1/15 wavelength and 55 % bandwidth is constructed and simulated by time-reversal technique. The validity of the proposed array with UWB-SR characteristic is verified by the communication experiments with a high-data-rate of 1.5Gb/s.
