The NO was oxidized to N2O5 and HNO3 when the O3/NO was over 1 and below 100 °C.

The temperature rising led to the disappearance of high state nitrogen oxides.

The formation reaction of NO3 was the trigger reaction for N2O5 generation.

The oxidation of SO2 might be accelerated with NOx presenting when O3 was excess.
