Processing of low-fired glass-free Li2MgTi3O8 microwave dielectric ceramics

An approach (LMT2) to obtain low-fired glass-free Li2MgTi3O8 microwave dielectric ceramics was reported.

LMT2 method can lower the sintering temperature of ceramics from 1050 to 925 °C.

LMT2 ceramics exhibited more uniform microstructure and good microwave dielectric performance.

LMT2 ceramic has a chemically compatible with Ag, indicating its application in LTCC devices.
