Structure, Raman spectra, far-infrared spectra and microwave dielectric properties of temperature independent CeVO4TiO2 composite ceramics

Novel CeVO4TiO2 composite ceramics were prepared by solid state method. The values of CeVO4TiO2 ceramics were in range of −1.2 to +2.8 ppm/oC. The optimal microwave dielectric properties were εr ∼14.2, Q × f ∼22,100 GHz. Structure and microwave dielectric properties of ceramics were investigated.
