Employed a dual-scale EKF based estimator for in-pack cells’ SOC values. Proposed a two-stage hybrid state-feedback and output-feedback equalization algorithm. A switchable balance current mode is designed in the equalization topology. Verified the performance of proposed method under two conditions.
