HPLC/UV method was developed to analyze and separate MK-1775 and AZD-7762 in ACN-aqueous solution. HPLC/UV method was developed to analyze and separate MK-1775 and AZD-7762 in mouse plasma. The developed method was accurate, sensitive and precise according to the ICH guidelines.
