Novel conjugates of trilobolide with bovine serum albumin and biotin were prepared. Trilobolide specific polyclonal antibodies were obtained by immunization of rabbits. Indirect competitive ELISA for determination of trilobolide was developed. Immunoassay was used to quantify trilobolide in different parts of Laser trilobum.
