Acoustic streaming in presence of cavitation is successfully predicted. Flow is driven by classical Reynolds tensor calculated from the acoustic field. The computed acoustic field must account for energy dissipation by bubbles. Calculated bubble paths do not necessarily follow the flow streamlines. Eckart–Nyborg’s theory yields unrealistic results.
