A crude mixed hydrolytic enzyme seems to be a good substitute than single enzyme. Garbage enzyme (GE) possesses protease, lipase and amylase activity. To produce GE with higher hydrolytic enzyme activity needs optimized parameters. Statistical model for GE production were determined. GE significantly utilizes for different sustainable environmental applications.
