Rhizoclonium sp. and Ulothrix sp. were successfully grown in minimally diluted ADPE. Highest biomass productivities achieved at ADPE with 199 and 248 mg NH4+-N L−1. The Fv/Fm was inversely related to diurnal solar irradiance availability. Biomass can be used as an animal feed or as a bioenergy feedstock.
