Recent reports have suggested ADHD trajectories from childhood to adulthood. We demonstrate that rat neonatal rotenone lesions cause hyperactivity whose onset is in juvenile or adulthood, depending of chemical dose. These ADHD models should provide the contribution to reveal the etiology of ADHD.
