Significant expression of nr2c1 in developing and adult testis of catfish. hCG induction demonstrates nr2c1 regulation by gonadotropins. Transcripts of nr2c1 was observed in sperm/spermatids of adult testis. The expression of nr2c1 is evident in the notochord region of hatched fish.
