Wind tunnel tests have been performed on a reduced urban model. The wind flow behaviour on the area test has been observed. The urban canopy layer inside the main curved street canyon has been measured. The development of the urban boundary layer has been investigated. Quantitative analyses of the vertical wind velocity profiles and their evolution over the urban fetch have been performed.
