Low-cost Al foils (97%) were used as substrates for production of NAA films. The effect of electropolishing parameters on Al substrates was investigated. Surface quality of Al samples was evaluated in a simple and practical form by DRS. NAA porous structure was influenced by applied potential and electropolishing time.
