Examine the impact of the measures, the use and cost of antipsychotics. Drug utilization study, data were obtained from the CONCYLIA database and presented as DID and DTC. Typical antipsychotics prescriptions decreased; atypical increased. Global cost of antipsychotics only began to fall after measures to low medicines prices. Several health policy measures eventually failed to avoid the increase in antipsychotics use.
