This study assessed the sexual orientation, relationship status and medical history of CAH and CAIS individuals in Iran. Compared with CAH participants, CAIS ones were more likely to be in love relationships. Our results were compared with previous findings from other studies. Influences of cross-cultural differences on sexuality are discussed.
