Analytical model is developed to consider variable elastic modulus on springback. Effects of Bauschinger, transient response and permanent softening are studied. It is for pre-strained DP780 dual phase steel in U-shaped bending process. Anisotropic nonlinear kinematic hardening model is coupled with plasticity. Motion of neutral surface and sheet thinning and are regarded.
