The paper assesses PM emissions from residential wood combustion in Bavaria until 2035. Residential wood combustion states a major contributor to regional emissions. PM2.5 emissions could be lowered by up to 50% through a law amendment. The law amendment, if effectively implemented, can add to improved resource use.
