This is first report attempted to synthesis novel cardanol based fluorescent composite for optoelectronic and antimicrobial applications. For this, the present investigation is attempted to synthesize new pyrene core containing cardanol based benzoxazine (PyCBz) and confirmed by various techniques. Further, present work is attempted to prepare paraphenylene diamine functionalized MWCNT incorporated new pyrene core containing cardanol based benzoxazine polymer composite. The bio-based polymer and their composites have fluorescence and antimicrobial properties with reasonable MIC values. In addition, the novel bio-based composite posses good dielectric, char yield and Tg value when compared to neat bio-based benzoxazine polymer.
