Impact of MPA designation on fish assemblage trophic ecology was assessed. Targeted assemblages from two no-take MPAs from the northern half of PNSACV. Diets and digestive tract contents of the 10 most abundant fish species were analyzed. The main effects of no-take MPA implementation were visible on the niche breadth. Relevant information on effects of changes in fish assemblage on its trophic ecology.
