Homogeneous solid-solutions of W-doped V2O5 were prepared. W-doped V2O5 nanobelts exhibit excellent electrochemical property. High specific capacitance of 407 F g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 was achieved. Specific capacitance of V2O5 nanobelts was improved by doping method.
