Grinding intensity of calcined powders is a key parameter for BCZT sintering. An intense degree of milling promotes a phase decomposition process. The resulting microstructure consists of BCZT grains, CaTiO3 and an amorphous phase. An intense milling affects drastically the electrical properties of ceramics.
