A method coupling BOLD with ACZ challenge (aczBOLD) for CVR assessment was proposed. Compromised CVR was detected in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Dynamic effects of ACZ on BOLD were characterized. CVR correlated with baseline dynamic susceptibility contrast perfusion MRI.
