Lung cancer related VOCs were sensitively detected by CH2Cl2-doped LPPI-MS. n-Propanol, n-pentanal, acetone, and butyl acetate were tested as typical markers. Eight-fold enhanced signals were observed in the normal and spiked breath samples.
