Flow injection based amperometric sensor was developed for sensitive determination of hydroquinone.

Carbon nanotube modified screen printed carbon electrode offers high sensitivity and reproducibility.

Enzyme column is easily prepared and has good efficiency to catalyze oxidation of hydroquinone.

Enzyme column has high stability and selectivity.

The proposed sensor is simple, cost effective, short analysis time, low reagent and sample consumption.
