DPGF single crystals were grown using slow evaporation technique. DPGF crystal is thermally stable upto 203 °C. SHG efficiency is 1.8 times greater than KDP crystal. First order Hyperpolarizability (β) value of DPGF was calculated. Optical and mechanical properties of the crystal were analyzed.
