Clinically applicable finite element modelling can enhance clinical practice. Until now finite element modelling is only been used within the research domain. Reliable, easy-to-use & affordable systems for subject specific modelling are needed. No integrated modelling system exists that could be directly used in clinics. However, literature includes a comprehensive toolbox for most relevant challenges.
