Exploring effective parameters in the preservation of electrical conductivity of Ni particles during sintering. Studying Li2CO3 decomposition, which produced CO gas as a local reducing atmosphere and prevent NiO formation. Mapping Li+ and Ni3+/Ni2+ after the sintering process and discussing the possibility of electron hopping. Comparing both mechanisms in conductivity preservation and demonstrating which one is more effective.
