Children with mild cerebral palsy (CP) had a marked deficit in cortical bone architecture and strength compared to controls. Children with mild CP had higher bone marrow fat infiltration of the midtibia compared to controls. Children with mild CP had higher skeletal muscle fat infiltration of the midleg compared to controls.
