Four mononuclear coordination compounds were synthesized & characterized. Thermal degradation pattern of complexes were studied up to 820 K. Non-isothermal kinetic parameters were calculated by C-R, P-N & H-M methods. Optical band gap values suggested their semiconducting nature. DFT calculations were carried out to support the experimental findings.
