Series of Heusler compounds Ru2Cr1−xXxSi (X = V, Ti) are investigated. They show similar magnetic and electrical properties with varying x. With increasing x spin-glass behavior fades out and becomes paramagnetic for x > 0.5. With increasing x Ru2Cr1−xVxSi changes from a semiconductor to a metal. Ru2Cr1−xTixSi shows a tendency for semiconductivity for x > 0.5.
