Analytic Hierarchy Process Method was modified. The weight of each index was confirmed through improved AHP method. The evaluation index system of agricultural water management in irrigation districts was established. Analyzing the attribution of each evaluation index based on the evaluation results of agricultural water management in three typical districts. Agricultural water management strategies for different irrigation districts were proposed.
