Risk factors leading to leakage, surface subsidence and cavern failure were identified. We conducted comprehensive risk evaluation of bedded rock salt storage cavern. The models of rock failure, tightness, shrinkage and surface subsidence were proposed. Risk failure probability for Jintan bedded salt cavern was calculated. The proposed integrated evaluation method was verified by geomechanical model tests.
