The NIR-SWIR band combination provides stable Rrs retrievals from OLI imagery. OLI across-track spatial nonuniformity over bodies of waters is < 1.5%. OLI-derived Rrs products were found brighter than those of VIIRS and MODISA. The updated calibration gains were found to minimize retrieval errors.
