Preterm birth induces the entire family's psychological disturbances. Infant's development is related to both maternal and paternal stress and depression. We developed an intervention program up to the child's corrected age of 18 months. The TRT reduces parenting stress among both mothers and fathers whilst improving the infant development. Our study highlights the crucial role of fathers in preterm infants' development.
