The variation in the macro- and micro-minerals in diabetic and non-diabetic rat tissues investigated. The ratios of Ca/Mg, Zn/Cu, Ca/Zn, and Mg/Zn in the tissues of diabetic and non-diabetic rats were calculated. The element concentrations in diabetic and non-diabetic rats were tissue and element dependent.
