Two novel types of thoria nanoparticles-carbon paste electrodes were prepared.

Using these working electrodes, inorganic arsenic speciation was possible.

The most common interferences were avoided under the best instrumental conditions.

An interference-free DPASV procedure was developed for determination of arsenic.
