Analyses of differentially expressed genes after exposure to acute stress, acute ethanol, or a combination of both in mice
文摘
Exposure to stress, ethanol, or both results in distinct changes in gene expression. There are specific changes in gene expression that differ between the combined treatment group and the ethanol-only group. Alcohol- and stress-related phenotypes correlated with majority genes. Identification of relevant Ptp4a1 network may mediate ethanol/stress interactions.
