We model optimal timing of technology adoption based upon learning-by-doing effect. Spillovers effect is considered to investigate how experience can be shared among technologies. An endogenous emission path is considered to necessitate a meaningful optimization problem. Intrinsic mechanism in the multi-technology model results in the interplay among some key factors. Policy should be differentiated to induce greater abatement from the technologies with spillover opportunities.
