On the use of a multimedia platform for music education with handicapped children: A case study

We use a multimedia tool called PLAIME developed by the same authors for the case study.

We explore the capability of the students with disabilities to acquire musical knowledge.

We measure the disabled students' ICT skills improvement and observe students' behavior along the program.

Students highly improved their music knowledge and were able to perfectly manage PLAIME.

They showed a positive improvement in behavioral development as result of the experience.
