The three panels have different knowledge representations of Beaujolais wines. Experts have flexible wine knowledge representation. Familiar consumers have rigid wine knowledge representation. Unfamiliar consumers have fragmented wine knowledge representation. Adding an interview step improves understanding of hierarchical sorting task results.
