ViroSeq™ HIV-1 Integrase RUO Genotyping assay validation across multiple subtypes. Of the 264 samples tested, 256 successfully amplified. Of the 256 that amplified, 203 (79%) were successfully sequenced with full bidirectional coverage. However, integrase sequences were obtained for 92% of all the samples tested (243 of 264).
