The wave frequency of MEE nanobeams decreases with the increase of nonlocal parameter. The nonlocal effect on the second frequency is more obvious than that on the first frequency. The dispersion relation is quite sensitive to the electro-magnetic loadings for the first mode. The dispersion relation is insensitive to the thermo-electro-magnetic loadings for the second mode. The cut-off wave number is observed for nanobeams subjected to thermo-electro-magnetic loadings.
