Perceived organizational support as the mediator of the relationships between high-performance work practices and counter-productive work behavior: Evidence from airline industry

CWB is a common incident in the organizations, however, little is known about the antecedents of such negative behavior at organizational level. Owing to emotional characteristics of flight attending position, it seems that CWB occurs more often in airline industry. Well established HPWPs reduces flight attendants' propensity to engage in CWB. Presence of HPWPs reduce the frequency of counterproductive enactment through elevated perception of organizational support.
