Robust synthesis of vaccination campaigns is studied with transient and steady-state phases. An evolutionary multiobjective optimization algorithm with local search is proposed. Nondominated policies are run in an individual-based-model to find robust solutions. It can support policymakers to choose the best strategy under investment and efficacy.
