It is a systematic recognition for T- and B-cell epitopes of HPV-16 E6 and E7 from Southwest China. E6 40-55REVYDFAFRDLCIVYR and E7 11-22YMLDLQPETTDL are the important regions. E6 72-83 for HLA-A*02:01 and HLA-B*15:02 maybe are the new direct for vaccine against L83V variants. HLA-DRB1*15:02 is better binder with T cell in our HLA class II.
