Arteriograph measurements are reproducible in patients with type 2 diabetes. Compared to SphygmoCor, Arteriograph systematically overestimates pulse wave velocity. Values obtained using SphygmoCor and Arteriograph cannot be used interchangeably. Cutoff limits for pulse wave velocity may be device specific.
