A quadratic polynomial power signal model is developed.

A Fuzzy variable step size Linear combiner is used for frequency estimation.

A Gauss–Newton ADALINE is used for the estimation of Amplitude and Phase.

Damped sinusoids and decaying dc components are also tracked.

Random variation of frequency is estimated accurately.
